Why our approach works

Integration is tested like code — Every interface gets automated tests with real edge cases: duplicates, missing fields, timeouts, out-of-order events. We break it in staging so production stays boring.

Idempotent by design — Our sync jobs can run twice without creating duplicates. This sounds obvious; missing idempotency is a failure mode we plan for in every integration we take over.

Monitoring before go-live — Dashboards and alerts ship with the interface, not after the first incident. You see sync lag and failure rates before your accountant does.

Documented for the next team — Every integration comes with a data-flow diagram, field mappings, and runbooks. If you later move development in-house or to a BOT transfer, nothing lives only in our heads.

How we work

Step 1: System & data inventory

We list every system, its data ownership, API quality, and update frequency. The output is an integration map that shows where data is created and where it is still typed by hand.

Step 2: Interface design

For each connection we define direction, field mapping, conflict rules, and failure behavior in writing. You approve the contract before we build it.

Step 3: Build & staged testing

Engineers build against sandbox or staging systems first. Real data follows only after the test suite passes, including the ugly cases from step two.

Step 4: Go-live & observation

Cutover happens in a defined window with a rollback plan. For the first weeks we watch the metrics together, then hand over monitoring and runbooks to your team.

How an engagement runs

Per-connection fixed quotes inside a roadmap

The inventory produces a roadmap; each connection gets its own fixed estimate. Work bills at the blended senior rate of $25–49 per hour against that estimate.

Two-system connection in 3–8 weeks (planning assumption)

A clean, well-documented API on both sides sits at the lower end. Legacy bridges and poor vendor documentation push it up.

German lead plus two to four integration engineers

The lead owns the interface contracts and stakeholder sign-off. Engineers in Pakistan build and test against sandbox systems before real data flows.

Is this the right service?

Worth it if...

  • Month-end closing takes days because numbers are copied between accounting, CRM, and spreadsheets.
  • You bought good tools that each work alone, and the gaps between them are staffed with people.
  • A vendor API is missing or limited and you need a controlled bridge with monitoring.

Not worth it if...

  • The real problem is that one system should replace three others. That is a selection and migration project; we will say so and scope it differently.
  • You want a real-time sync where a nightly batch would do. We will argue for the boring option when it is cheaper and safer.
  • Data ownership between departments is unresolved. No interface contract survives a political fight over who owns the customer record.

Our ERP has no modern API. Can you still integrate it?

Usually yes. We work with file exports, database access, or vendor-specific interfaces like DATEV formats, and wrap them in a monitored bridge. We will tell you honestly when a system is so closed that integration costs more than replacing it.

How do you keep data consistent between systems?

Each connection has one defined master per data object and written conflict rules; the sync jobs are idempotent. Reconciliation reports compare both sides on a schedule, so drift is detected instead of discovered by a customer.

Who owns the integrations after the project?

You do. Code, credentials handling, documentation, and monitoring live in your accounts and repositories. A common path: our team runs operations at first, and you later transfer everything through our BOT model.
